June 19 -21, 2025
Welcome to the London Strawberry Festival—a three-day celebration that has been a cornerstone of our community since the mid-1980s. Our festival is a vibrant mix of live music, delicious food, fun contests, and a pageant that crowns our festival royalty. Join us as we celebrate the spirit of London, bringing together families, local businesses, and residents for an event that promises tradition, memories, and community growth.
Food and Beverage Vendors
All food and beverage vendors must have at least ONE strawberry-flavored item on their menu.

We reserve the right to turn down applications for vendors if a similar vendor has already been registered for the event.

Our community has voiced requests for actual strawberry menu items, with some creativity and fresh fruit used if possible. They want to see actual strawberries in the items they are paying for.
Our community has also told us many times that they like old-fashioned and popular food items as well, so there is actual food to consume, not only sugary strawberry treats. This means you carry all kinds of regular menu items with a strawberry spin placed on them.

Here are some ideas you might consider:

Our electrician has the following requirements to keep in mind: Electric cords will have two hots, red and black; one neutral white, one ground green. Bring a 200-foot water hose and a 100-foot NEC-approved electrical cord.

Water and electricity are included in your vendor space reservation, but locations for those utilities are not always close by. Come prepared for your own needs.

Space is limited, you will not have much room for generators or additional set up. You are only permitted to use the exact space within your reservation spot.

Set-up and tear-down times are strict, and you're required to be set up on time for health department and festival electrician inspections. If you aren't ready, then you may be asked to tear down and leave without a refund for your reservation.

The festival and it's organizers, the city, the mayor, and the city council are NOT responsible for your belongings or vehicles while you are participating in the festival and during off hours while you're still set up. Do not leave valuables unattended, especially overnight.
Craft Vendors
All vendors, food/beverage/craft/other are required to complete the application and pay for a reservation before a spot is granted to you.

The city of London reserves the right to do a full background check on any vendor, volunteer, or person working with a vendor.

Our electrician and the health department are permitted to do appropriate inspections before and during the festival for all those setup.

All communication must take place through email; if your request or question is not in writing, they will not be addressed.

All vendors must have a fire extinguisher.

All vendors must have a current vendor's license.

All setup and tear-down times are strict, as stated above; if you do not follow those guidelines, you may be asked to leave without a refund. When you tear down, you must have a clear space free of trash, hardware, tools, and other materials so the streets can be re-opened safely and on time.

You are required to bring your own 200-foot extension cord with a ground for electric hookup for your booth. Our NEC electrician will be able to inspect all booths and your electrical equipment must meet those standards.

Do not leave any valuables or merchandise overnight that cannot be secured as the festival, the festival organizers, the city of London, the mayor, the city council, and the police are NOT responsible for lost or stolen property.
