Royalty Contests

Are you ready to represent the London Strawberry Festival while traveling across Ohio and forging new friendships?

The London Strawberry Queen Pageant offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a festival ambassador at a variety of local events, including parades, luncheons, and community gatherings. Contestants will engage in a multi-step process that includes mandatory meetings with parents for photo registration, stage training, and, for some divisions, private interviews.

A standard entry fee applies, and applications must include the required documentation and signed contracts.

Throughout the competition, contestants are evaluated on their poise, presentation, and communication skills during a stage competition. Winners in each division will be honored with awards such as a tiara, sash, trophy, or ribbon, along with other special recognitions, while all participants receive acknowledgment for their efforts.

We encourage all interested contestants to review the guidelines carefully and consider this unique opportunity to shine as a representative of our community.

It's important to note that if chosen for the royal court and presented with a crown, your child will be required to make a minimum number of visits to other events around the state, and you will be required to attend with them as a chaperone. You will also be required to maintain all royalty ensemble pieces, provide the appropriate gowns and attire for the events and appearances needed, and maintain the guidelines for all royalty and royalty parents. Royalty and their parents also have a number of required meetings to attend throughout the year.

If these guidelines are not met, the title may be removed for your child, and your family may be removed from the royalty court.
